1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to wc777i, Pakistan's premier online gaming and sports betting platform. These Terms govern all use of the wc777i website, mobile platform, games, betting services, bonus programmes, and any other services made available through wc777i.net (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses any part of the wc777i Platform. 2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the wc777i Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. wc777i enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of wc777i or its affiliated companies.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the wc777i Platform or had an account permanently closed by wc777i for misconduct.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under coercion or duress in accessing the Platform.

wc777i reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending review.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered on the wc777i Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active wc777i account at any given time. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and update this information promptly if it changes. wc777i is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. wc777i will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• Notification of unauthorised access: You must notify wc777i immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. wc777i will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account prior to notification.
• Account inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. wc777i reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormant account policy, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address before any deduction is made.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the wc777i Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. wc777i does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. wc777i is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit on your account. Before any withdrawal is approved, wc777i may require identity verification, including a copy of your CNIC and proof of the registered payment method. Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) on a business day are processed within two (2) hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers.

4.3 Currency. wc777i does not accept deposits in currencies other than PKR. Any transaction received in a foreign currency will be rejected or converted at wc777i's prevailing exchange rate, with any conversion costs borne by the player.

4.4 Source of Funds. By depositing funds on the wc777i Platform, you warrant that all funds deposited are lawfully owned by you and are not derived from any criminal activity. wc777i reserves the right to request source of funds documentation and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

wc777i offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are only available to players who have fully completed the wc777i account registration and identity verification process.
• Each promotion specifies a minimum qualifying deposit amount, a wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit), a validity period, and eligible games or betting markets.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied within the specified validity period.
• If the validity period of a bonus expires before the wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus balance and associated bonus winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
• wc777i reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already activated and actively being wagered will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of activation.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using prohibited betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players in bonus exploitation — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement completion process.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The wc777i Platform offers sports betting (including cricket and PSL markets), live casino games, slots, and arcade games. The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting products:

6.1 Bet Placement. All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. wc777i does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of any bet before confirming it.

6.2 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or incorrect odds being published, wc777i reserves the right to void any affected bets or gaming sessions. No winnings will be paid on bets or game sessions resulting from clearly erroneous odds or prices. A published price that is materially different from the true market price constitutes a palpable error and may be corrected or voided by wc777i.

6.3 Random Number Generation. All casino games and slot titles on the wc777i Platform use independently certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are not influenced by account history, player identity, deposit level, or any other player-specific variable.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits. All betting markets and casino games on wc777i display applicable minimum and maximum stake limits. wc777i reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits to any player at its discretion, including where wc777i has reason to believe the player is engaged in professional or advantage gaming.

6.5 Disconnections. wc777i is not liable for any loss of winnings or game state resulting from internet disconnection, device failure, or power outage on the player's end. Where technically feasible, game state will be restored upon reconnection. Sports bets already confirmed prior to a disconnection remain valid.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wc777i Platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and any associated balance subject to review. wc777i reserves the right to permanently close accounts and forfeit balances in confirmed cases of prohibited conduct.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the wc777i Platform in any automated manner.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker, or any other multi-player context to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or betting market to generate winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or other low-risk or no-risk wagering strategies designed specifically to exploit bonus offers on wc777i.
• Using the wc777i Platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with wc777i.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the wc777i Platform, its systems, or other users' enjoyment of the Platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the wc777i Platform — including but not limited to the wc777i brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio assets, software code, text, promotional materials, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of wc777i or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the wc777i Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the wc777i Platform.

Any unauthorised use of wc777i intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to claims for damages and injunctive relief.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wc777i and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the wc777i Platform.

wc777i's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wc777i does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions. wc777i will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by wc777i's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

wc777i collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at wc777i.net/privacy-policy. By using the wc777i Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wc777i uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, send promotional communications (where you have opted in), and comply with applicable legal obligations including anti-money laundering and responsible gaming requirements.

wc777i will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Termination & Suspension

wc777i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game or promotion rules.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within a requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute relating to any deposit on your account.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request closure of your wc777i account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of confirmation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

The effective date of any amended Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the wc777i Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wc777i holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wc777i Platform shall first be referred to wc777i's customer support team for resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution authority designated by wc777i's licensing jurisdiction. wc777i will provide details of the applicable dispute resolution body upon request.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
